ControlScan Chronicles TRANSACT 14 with Humorous Video

YouTube video shows company's experience and results from attending the Electronic Transactions Association's Vegas event

ATLANTA, May 8, 2014 - For many payments industry solution providers, conferences and tradeshows present opportunities to engage current and prospective customers in face-to-face dialogue. It's not all serious business, however. In a newly released video, the payment security and compliance experts at ControlScan share a holistic picture of the company's participation in TRANSACT 14, powered by ETA.

Jethro Felton, ControlScan's Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, produced the 5-minute video which chronicles the individual involvement of staff members before, during and immediately following the show. Felton's humorous narrative weaves through a unique combination of still photos and video clips from the event, as well as gratuitous puppy footage and a surprise ending.

"Industry events are hard work, but they're also a lot of fun," said Felton. "The video is a light-hearted presentation of our TRANSACT 14 experience and its outcomes.

"The video's production was originally intended to engage and encourage the large team of ControlScanners that helped make our participation in TRANSACT 14 a success," Felton continued. "But we had too much fun with it to keep it to ourselves."
